David is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry who joined аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø in 2005 and now serves as President. David has led successful transformational projects for owners across the country—including CPMC/Sutter Health, San Francisco Airport, the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Sacred Heart/St. Mary’s Health System. His construction background includes commercial, public sector, healthcare, aviation, and science and technology.

Ben is responsible for leading the growth of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s modular business geographically and across industry sectors. He leads business development initiatives to promote the distinct advantages of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s innovative modular solutions. This includes the STAAT MOD®® prefabricated ICU modular building product that is helping to transform the healthcare industry’s construction projects.

Ben has more than two decades of knowledge and experience in business development, jobsite project management and engineering. He leads with an emphasis on innovation, Lean fundamentals, continuous improvement and an uncompromising focus on safety. Ben is passionate about building long-term relationships with clientele across the country.

General Manager—Technical Services & Executive Vice President

Jay leads аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø Technical Services, backed by more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He leads аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s in-house team of architects and engineers, providing design and construction technology services to our operating groups and partners, as well as design, programming and design management services to our clients. Since joining аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø in 1988, Jay has delivered many successful projects with the highest level of client satisfaction.

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff leads construction operations across аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety. Prior to assuming the role of COO, Shipley led аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry. A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

Mark Nolta

Vice President of Corporate Estimating

Mark joined аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø as Vice President of Corporate Estimating and Preconstruction with 36 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination, and construction administration. In his current role, he facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s operations.  This includes management of a core team of individuals ready to support all Operating Groups.  Mark works with project teams to prepare the deliverables required to set projects up for success. This includes all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics.  He also oversees implementation of all technology used during Preconstruction, especially VDC.

Randy Haak

Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Randy will lead The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Randy brings with him a wide range of legal counsel experience with a concentration on construction law, banking and finance law, and employment and discrimination law. He has been lead counsel on more than 25 bank mergers and acquisitions, and advised employers on a wide variety of personnel matters and regulatory compliance issues and has negotiated many employment contracts.

As General Counsel, Nathan has primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations including oversight and support of аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, project claims, and litigation matters.

Additionally, he will provide strategic support on various company initiatives related to аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.
